Emergency Preparedness and Response for Food Safety (EPRFS)

In an effective ISO 22000:2018 based Food Safety Management System, the top management shall ensure procedures are in place to respond to potential emergency situations or incidents that can have an impact on food safety which are relevant to the role of organization in the food supply chain. It is an essential requirement that documented information is established and maintained to manage these situations and incidents.

Attending this 1-day course, participants able to understand essentials of Emergency in food safey, the appropriate handling method of emergency, and develop an effective Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
