According to the OSH (Amendment) Act 2022, which will come into force on June 1, every organization with five (5) or more workers must appoint an OSH-C (OSH COORDINATOR). Failure to comply with these rules shall cause a fine not more than RM50,000.00. 6 months imprisonment, or both.
